Cara Oliver
From the stage to the streets of Geelong and the Surf Coast, my career has always been about creating meaningful moments and making a difference in people’s lives.
I began my journey in the creative world; performing, singing, dancing, teaching, all driven by one core passion: helping people feel something. Whether it was through a performance or a perfectly curated space, my goal has always been to inspire others to live fuller, more fulfilling lives.
About 15 years ago, I followed that passion into the property world, helping clients design and build beautiful custom homes and investment properties. I loved the process of shaping spaces that reflect who people are and how they want to live.
With the property landscape always evolving with rising construction costs and shifting market dynamics, I saw a real opportunity to offer more value by helping people buy smarter, in the existing market, where their dreams can take shape sooner and often more affordably. Becoming a buyers agent is something that I always knew was in my future. It’s the perfect intersection of my love for property, my background in design and sales, and my deep desire to support others.
I’m incredibly passionate about Geelong and the Surf Coast, not just for its stunning coastline and vibrant community, but for the life-changing opportunities it holds. This is a place where people can truly build the life they’ve always dreamed of, and I feel honoured to guide them on that journey.
With an MBA from Deakin, full qualifications as a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a strong foundation in both strategy and service, I bring a balanced, thoughtful approach to every client relationship. And at the centre of it all, I’m a proud mum to three wonderful kids who inspire me daily to keep growing, giving, and creating something meaningful.
